BLPAR = β-lactamase producing ampicillin resistant β-lactamase産生によりABPC耐性を示すHaemophilus influenzae（インフルエンザ菌）
耐性菌を有さないH. influenzaeはBLNAS = β-lactamase nonproducing ampicillin susceptible

BLNAR = β-lactamase nonproducing ampicillin resistant β-lactamase非産生のABPC耐性を示すH. influenzae

• ftsI 遺伝子上にAsn526Lys 変異⇒low-BLNAR
• Asn526Lys とSer385Thr 変異⇒BLNAR（セフェム系薬の感受性も低下）

最近ではβ-lactamaseを産生しftsI 遺伝子変異も併せ持つBLPACRも増加
