感染症が疑われる症例の病歴聴取で確認しておくべきこと（徳田安春先生の講義より）

1. Sick contact ➞ 病人との接触
2. Tuberculosis contact ➞ 結核例との接触
3. Sexual history ➞ 性行為歴
4. Travel history ➞ 海外渡航歴
5. Animal contact and intake ➞ 動物との接触や生肉の摂取
6. Environmental exposure ➞ 環境（温泉，山，川など）
