ABC pathway ABC経路

ABCはAtrial fibrillation Better Careの略で，心房細動患者に総合的なケアを提供するために 2020 ESC Guidelines で提案されたシンプルな意思決定戦略．ABCは以下の接頭語でもある．

• Avoid strokes with Anticoagulation（抗凝固療法による脳卒中回避）
• Better symptom management with patient-centered and symptom-directed decisions on rate or rhythm control（レートまたはリズム制御に関する患者・症状中心の決定によるより良い症状管理）
• Comorbidity and Cardiovascular risk factor management, including lifestyle changes（ライフスタイルの変更を含む併存疾患および心血管リスク因子の管理）
