1. What were the complaints? （⏪ 多分複数がベター／his complaintsでもＯＫ）
2. What were his symptoms? （⏪ 主訴の英語が思いつかなかった場合の言い換え）
3. What brought the patient to the ER of this hospital? （⏪ こんな表現も可能）

慣れてくれば文頭に以下の表現をつけるとよい 🌈

1. I'd like to know...
2. Could you please tell me... （⏪ pleaseはなくても可）
3. I am wondering... （⏪ wasならより丁寧）
