SDOHとは？

• Social determinants of healthの略（SDHもあり）で、日本語訳は社会的決定要因．WHOの定義は”the conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live, and age, and the wider set of forces and systems shaping the conditions of daily life” （概略：人々が生まれ、成長し、働き、生活し、老いる条件、そして日常生活の条件を形成するより広範な諸力と制度）

1. Income and social protection：収入と社会保障
2. Education：教育
3. Unemployment and job insecurity：失業と雇用不安
4. Working life conditions：労働生活条件
5. Food insecurity：食料不安
6. Housing, basic amenities and the environment：住宅、基本的なアメニティ、環境
7. Early childhood development：幼児期の発達
8. Social inclusion and non-discrimination：社会的包摂と非差別
9. Structural conflict：構造的矛盾
10. Access to affordable health services of decent quality：適切な質の医療サービスを手頃な価格で利用できる
