右胸心 vs 右胸痛

• 右胸痛を訴えて来院する急性心筋梗塞は稀（左側の胸部圧迫感が多い）
• しかし右胸心（dextrocardia）では右胸痛（right chest pain）の報告が散見

👴 ただし統計的に検討していないので，右胸痛～右胸心つながりで積極的に症例報告されている可能性あり．ちなみに右胸心の頻度は12,019例に1例で，内蔵正位（situs solitus）・内蔵逆位（situs inversus）・その他の頻度は概ね同じで，内蔵逆位を除き心奇形がほぼ必発（Am J Cardiol 2007;100:305-9）．
