リツキサンの添付文書の警告より
- 「本剤の投与開始後30分～2時間よりあらわれるinfusion reactionのうちアナフィラキシー様症状，肺障害，心障害等の重篤な副作用（低酸素血症，肺浸潤，急性呼吸促迫症候群，心筋梗塞，心室細動，心原性ショック等）により，死亡に至った例が報告されている．」
しかしリツキサンは決して心毒性が強い薬剤ではないと思われる
以下の3編ではリツキサンと心毒性増加は有意に関連しなかった
